Laila Edinburgh was born out of a shared vision during lockdown—what began as an idea between two passionate local women quickly grew into one of Edinburgh’s most beloved brunch and destinations.
Founded by Sabrina, a skilled chef with experience as a private chef in Atlanta and a background in marketing, hospitality, and leadership, and Lisa, a creative business mind with over 15 years of experience, Laila is a celebration of flavour, community, and authenticity. The name itself holds personal meaning, chosen in honour of Lisa’s daughter.
As a proud women-led business, Laila continues to set a new standard in Edinburgh’s dining scene—serving unforgettable food in a space filled with heart, soul, and purpose.
